LAHORE, Feb 27: Punjab's cabinet formation is set to unfold in two distinct phases, as revealed by authoritative sources. The initial phase will witness the formation of a 16-member cabinet, marking the culmination of consultations between the N-League and its coalition partners. Notable figures such as Begum Zakia Shahnawaz, Maryam Aurangzeb, and Khawaja Salman Rafiq are among the prominent names slated to join the cabinet in this phase.

Furthermore, the second phase will see the inclusion of 7 to 10 additional ministers, enhancing the depth and diversity of Punjab's administrative framework.
