37 Kg of crystal meth seized from quilts bound for australia in lahore

LAHORE, Sep 11: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has uncovered 37 kilograms of crystal meth (commonly known as "ice") hidden in quilts booked for shipment to Australia. The discovery was made during a raid on a courier office in Lahore, following an intelligence tip-off.

According to ANF officials, the raid led to the confiscation of 20 packages containing quilts. Upon inspection, it was revealed that 500 pairs of quilts had been soaked with drugs. Each quilt contained approximately 37 grams of crystal meth.

In total, 37 kilograms of the illegal substance were recovered from the 1,000 quilts. The parcel had been booked by a resident of Rawalpindi. Authorities are currently conducting further investigations to apprehend the suspect involved.
