Adiala Jail Hosts Hearing on Tosha Khana and Al Qadir Trust Case

Rawalpindi, Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir commenced the hearing inside the Adiala Jail Courtroom on the Tosha Khana and Al Qadir Trust case.

The National Accountability Bureau's (NAB) Deputy Prosecutor General, Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi, was present within the courtroom, leading the prosecution team for the case.

The accused individuals, including the former Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), his wife, and sisters, were in attendance during the proceedings.

Key highlights of the hearing included charges being pressed against the ex-Chairman of PTI and his wife in connection with the Tosha Khana case. The charges revolve around alleged financial irregularities and other related matters.

A notable development during the session was the provision of a copy of the 190 million pound reference to Bushra Bibi, the wife of the accused former PTI chairman.
