ANF Arrests Female Drug Smuggler Targeting Islamabad Students
ISLAMABAD, Aug 25: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has apprehended a female drug smuggler accused of poisoning students at a prominent educational institution in Islamabad. During the operation, ANF seized over one kilogram of opium and more than 4.5 kilograms of hashish from the suspect and has filed a case against her. Searches are ongoing for other members of the gang involved.
Initial investigations reveal that the suspect, originally from Peshawar, was involved in smuggling drugs into educational institutions and selling them to university students. The ANF has also uncovered evidence of drug sales targeting the student community.
In related operations, ANF recently recovered drugs worth 700 million rupees and arrested six individuals.
