Federal Cabinet Launches 'Flag Respect' Campaign After German Embassy Incident

Islamabad: In response to the recent attack on the Pakistani embassy in Germany and the removal of the national flag, members of the federal cabinet have launched a "Flag Respect" campaign.

Federal ministers, including Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, and ministers Owais Leghari, Abdul Aleem Khan, Rana Tanveer, and Atta Tarar, have shared photos of themselves with the Pakistani flag on social media, expressing their deep affection for the national symbol.

The move comes after Afghan nationals caused a disturbance outside the Pakistani Consulate in Frankfurt last week, which included the removal of the Pakistani flag. The federal cabinet's initiative aims to reaffirm national pride and unity in the face of recent events.
