Federal Governments adjust working hours for Ramadan

The federal government has announced revised working hours for government offices during the holy month of Ramadan, aligning with the spiritual observance of fasting.

As per the directive issued by the Establishment Division, offices operating five days a week will now function from 9 am to 3 pm, with Fridays ending at 12:30 pm.

Meanwhile, the Sindh government has also implemented adjusted timings, with government offices open from 10 am to 4 pm, closing at 1 pm on Fridays.

These changes come ahead of the anticipated sighting of the Ramadan moon on March 11, marking the beginning of fasting on March 12.
