Imran, Fawad Chaudhary's contempt case hearing rescheduled for December 27
ISLAMABAD, Dec 19 : The indictment proceedings against Fawad Chaudhary, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former federal minister, in the contempt of Election Commission case have once again been postponed on Tuesday.
The contempt case was heard by Election Commission Member Nisar Durrani at Adiala Jail, where PTI founder Fawad Chaudhary is currently held. Present in the court were Election Commission members Shah Mehmood Jatoi, Babar Hussain Bharwana, and retired Justice Ikramullah.
The hearing for the contempt of Election Commission has been adjourned, pushing back the indictment proceedings against the former PTI chairman Fawad Chaudhary to December 27. This marks another delay in the legal proceedings.
