LAHORE, June 04: The Ministry of Railways has commenced preparations for the privatization of the institution, following directives from the federal government.

While the railway headquarters has initiated the collection of these vital details, a spokesperson for the railways has refuted claims of receiving any such letter from the Ministry regarding privatization. Despite this, the railways are projected to generate revenue exceeding 85 billion rupees this year.
