Pakistani Star Asim Khan Clinches Jones Creek Open Squash Championship USA

Georgia: Pakistan’s Asim Khan clinched victory at the Jones Creek Open Squash Championship in the United States. In the $12,000 prize-money event, Khan defeated fellow countryman Ashhab Irfan with a score of 3-1 in the final.

Held in Georgia, the final was an all-Pakistan affair. Despite losing the first game, Khan, ranked World No. 73 and Pakistan's top player, made a strong comeback to secure the win. The final scoreline was 11-7, 7-11, 4-11, and 4-11 in favor of Khan.

This victory marks Khan’s third PSA title of the year and his 10th career title. Earlier in 2024, he won the Wildcard Challenger in Washington and the Squash Inspire Challenger Tournament in March.
