It is worth mentioning that a few days ago, Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan had complained in a letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faez Isa that there were vacant positions for 4 judges in the Supreme Court, but he only appointed one judge from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. I hoped that the Supreme Judicial Council and the Supreme Judicial Council would consider me for the position of Supreme Court judge, but it did not happen.
After completing his tenure in the judiciary, Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan is stepping down from his position on April 14. Recently, during his tenure, he expressed his complaint to the Supreme Court with great decorum for not considering his name under the Supreme Court during his term of service.
