In Multan district, Rescue 1122 sprung into action, responding to a total of 249 emergencies and rescuing 244 individuals within the span of 24 hours.
According to a spokesperson for Rescue 1122, Multan city bore the brunt of emergencies with 236 incidents, followed by five in Shujaabad and eight in Jalalpur Pirwala. Among these emergencies, three were attributed to traffic accidents.
The dedicated teams of Rescue 1122 facilitated the transportation of patients to various hospitals in response to 139 medical emergencies district-wide, comprising 135 cases in Multan city, one in Shujaabad, and three in Jalalpur Pirwala. Additionally, rescues were conducted for five crime-related incidents and 24 miscellaneous emergencies.
The efforts of Rescue 1122 resulted in the successful rescue of 244 individuals, with 229 rescued in Multan city, six in Shujaabad, and nine in Jalalpur Pirwala.
