Ongoing Humanitarian Crisis Unfolds in Gaza as Conflict Persists
ISLAMABAD, In the aftermath of the 66-day-long conflict between Palestine and Israel, the Ministry of Health reports a devastating toll on the people of Gaza. The grim statistics reveal that 18,000 lives have been lost, including 7,729 children and 5,153 women. The number of injuries stands at 48,780, with 8,663 children and 6,327 women among the casualties. Shockingly, 7,780 people remain missing.
In the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Ministry of Health discloses that 273 individuals, including 63 children, have lost their lives, and the number of injuries has surpassed 3,365. Additionally, 300 Palestinians fell victim to the relentless bombardment by Israeli forces.
